I am here, when you are ready.

My services

Individual Counselling

I support adults with a broad range of concerns, from everyday stress and anxiety to more complex, ongoing challenges. Some people come wanting space to reflect on their experiences and patterns, while others are focused on a specific issue or change they’d like to make. There’s no one right way to begin—our work is shaped around what feels most relevant to you.

You guide the focus of our sessions, and I’ll help develop an approach that fits your goals. When helpful, I can also suggest resources such as books, audiobooks, or podcasts to support your process between sessions

Reproductive and Perinatal Mental Health

I support individuals and families through the many emotional ups and downs of the perinatal journey. Whether you’re planning for a baby, experiencing challenges with fertility, adjusting to life after birth, or coping with loss, I’m here to help you make sense of what you’re feeling and find ways to move forward.

This is a space to explore your emotions, process difficult experiences, and rebuild connection—with yourself, your partner, and the people who matter most—so you can navigate this stage of life with greater understanding.

Youth Counselling

Growing up can be exciting—but also challenging. I support youth aged 10 and up in exploring what matters most to them and in creating the life they want to live. I follow their lead, offering gentle guidance and practical tools to navigate challenges, make decisions, and build confidence.

We can work on anything that feels heavy or overwhelming—from friendships and identity to school pressures and life transitions. I’m happy to collaborate with families when helpful, but also fully support youth independently, creating a safe space where they are heard and respected.

Every young person’s journey is unique, and our work is centered on their goals, strengths, and values.

Brainspotting

Sometimes our experiences get stored in the body in ways that words can’t quite reach. Brainspotting is a gentle, focused approach based on the idea that where you look affects how you feel. By finding a specific point for your eyes to rest, we can access the deeper parts of the brain where stress and tension are held.

During our time together, we work to find a spot that helps you connect with what you are feeling internally. Holding that gaze allows your system to process and release heavy emotions or that sense of being stuck without needing to retell every detail of your story. It is a way to bypass the busy, thinking mind and tap into your own natural ability to heal and find a sense of calm.

Connection is not the reward of healing; it is the pathway through it.
