Counselling for youth and adults; supporting understanding, connection, and what matters to you.

My approach

A space for youth and adults who want to feel more connected to themselves and the people who matter most. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in trust, walking alongside you as you navigate challenges and create meaningful change. I work with a range of experiences, including anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, life transitions, and perinatal mental health.

A welcoming space for support

Our sessions take place in a calm, private room, with small touches like tea or water to help you feel welcome. Each session follows your priorities, helping you clarify what matters and take steps that feel meaningful.

In-person and remote options

My office is conveniently located in St. Boniface. Can’t make it in person? No worries — online sessions are available, so you can access support wherever you are.
